To donate your state income tax refund to the ACLU Foundation of Colorado, first decide how much of your refund you’d like to donate. Then, enter American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Colorado, Inc. and our registration number, 20023005801, in the Donate to a Colorado Nonprofit Fund line on your state income tax return or tax software. If you work with a tax preparer, simply give them our name and registration number. Because all tax information is confidential, your tax refund donation will be anonymous.
